One bottle of liquid White Out and one spray bottle of Mrs. Meyers Clean Day Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner were in an unlocked desk drawer in space #1, the classroom for children three to five years of age. Both products had keep out of reach of children and additional warnings written on the product labels. One-gallon jug of hand sanitizer was sitting on top of the cubbies and was less than a vertical distance of five feet from the floor surface.

One half full bottle of Diet A&W Root Beer, one clear drink container that contained a yellow drink and one water bottle that contained a yellow drink were sitting on the teacher desks in space #1, the classroom for children three to five years of age.
