I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare is horrible they gave my child up to the wrong person didn't ask for ID or call to notify me or my fiance someone was trying to pick my baby up thank God it was a trusted Neighbor , the daycare is dirty , my son came home multiple times with a fever over 100 nobody called. They also mistreat your kid if you should ever have a falling out about YOUR child's care. Would not recommend.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

THIS DAYCARE WAS PREVIOUSLY CALLED RIBBONS AND BOWS DAYCARE. ITS STILL OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON! My daughter went to this daycare for two days. On the second day my daughter was crying because she wasn't use to the daycare yet. So, I always double back when my daughter first starts a daycare because I need to see how their treating my daughter when they think the parent has left. They allowed my daughter to lay on their dirty carpet that they let all the parents and workers walk all over with their shoes on. My daughter had her face laying on the dirty trifling carpet and she was laying there crying. One teacher in the room walked past her and ignored her, and the other teacher was sitting on her behind, watching my daughter cry. She wasn't interacting with my daughter or any of the kids. They never even attempted to console my daughter or help her adjust to the daycare. There's no telling how long they would've allowed my daughter to cry if I didn't come back! I immediately took my daughter and called the state to file a report against them.
