Findings: Upon review of the children ' s attendance records, the Surveyor observed that for Child #1, there was no time of departure documented on 9/18/19. Additionally, the children were not being signed in and out to before and after care by a parent or staff member. Instead, the letters " b/c " and " a/c " were recorded, signifying before care and after care.
