(omit posting for centers located in a residence) In the room that serves infants, there were not feeding charts displayed in a convenient location. The charts were in the room, and at the last visit had been on display.

In the room that serves two (2) year old's there were plastic bags accessible to the children. There was also a cabinet that was unlocked which contained personal items of the teachers.
