Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) I spoke to parents about the signed review dates and clarified that the 6 month review was done in January of 2019 but we inadvertently wrote 2018 on the agreement. The parents signed the agreement acknowledging the fact that reviews must be done every 6 months and we will use caution in the future when the new year comes that we double check the year we are writing on documents. I reviewed this policy with staff as well. |
