The announcement on 12/6/2021 reinstated 12 hours of required training and also informed providers that all staff hired prior to 12/19/20 had to complete those 12 hours by 12/19 (within 9 business days) changing the usual anniversary date to an annual date requirement. We made every effort to accommodate this change, however the strict timeline made it difficult for all staff to comply. In a good faith effort, we attempted to retro Jan trainings to comply with the 12 hours. Currently all staff hired prior to 12!9/20 complete 12 hours of training between 12/19 and 12/19 each year.
