Plan: I corrected this during the visit. The parents came and picked up their children. To maintain this non-compliance I will make sure all rooms. I will have extra staff to be able to answer the door or I will not answer the door. All staff have been trained on how to answer the door and keep the children in ratio.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Owner is sweet but controlled by her manager Erica,all about the money not the children...GETTO FABULOUS!!! I can't believe we put up with the BS so long!!!!
