| Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 8/12/2026 and are subject to change pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility representative at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. The DES group size was evaluated at the time of the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 5 of 5 Fingerprint Clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1-Enrolled children's baby wipes to be labeled with their full names. 2- Evacuation maps to be posted. 3- Immunization's for all enrolled children. 4- Statement of Services/Parent Handbook to include all 19 items. | |||
