I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I honestly have no words to describe how terrible this daycare truly is, I had plans on making a career out of the job I was currently at, Peggy seemed like a joyful caring person who genuinely loved kids when I first met her then I slowly realized the nightmare my child was going through when he was going to this horrible place. I picked him up multiple times to teachers screaming at him without realizing I was there, the owner (Mrs. Peggy) jerking my son out of his chair telling him “it’s time for you to go”.. I had to leave work on MULTIPLE occasions due to unreasonable reasons. This place was shut down by the health department twice because of how disgusting it was. She is an evil woman and I truly feel sorry for every child who attends to this school, so much more goes on behind closed doors and when parents aren’t present at Little Wonders then anybody realizes. Please be aware of your child’s body language when they leave this place if they aren’t vocal yet

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The only positive thing I ever experienced from using this daycare was that my child really enjoyed going there.
My custody agreement is every two weeks. It's on my papers, vouchers, etc. Peggy (the owner) was fine the first week despite sending her home over a runny nose. They sent her home almost immediately upon arrival that morning. All because her nose was running too much. So they requested a COVID test, we got one and it was negative. She did have an ear infection, which if you don't know, can cause all that drainage.
As stated above, Peggy was fine the first week I had my daughter but that second week on Monday morning at drop off, I was given a nasty look and rudely asked "why is your daughter here? She's not supposed to be here." Acting like my child was the problem, I'm assuming because they didn't want the extra child? Unsure on that but it was highly upsetting and I corrected her immediately.
Now, my child always coughs (waiting for asthma testing as she has always had issues with coughing). I was called on Wednesday (of the second week) and told I need to put my child through another round of tests, regardless that we already had a doctors note from before that she was fine, aside from an ear infection in the other ear. I was told that I still could not bring her because she had a persistent cough, despite being negative for EVERYTHING. So I stood up for my child. I'm assuming she didn't like that as she didn't have the audacity to tell me herself, but had the daycare voucher lady that she was terminating care. Upon asking her the reason why (because I deserve to know that) she has since blocked my number and will not contact me.

Her name is Peggy and she is the owner of Little Wonders. I have not heard much of anything good from anyone about her. But she definitely showed me that those rumors were true. I've taken this lesson as her showing her true colors and all she wants or seems to care about is the money involved. Terminating care without cause is also a ridiculous thing as I thought it was required to give the reason but maybe not. The negative things I have heard and experienced definitely outweigh the positive things.
So if you're looking for a daycare, be prepared to have to pick up your child consistently from Little Wonders over small things such as a cough or a runny nose. Peggy wants the money but does not want to actually provide the full time care.
