Bed, cribs, playpens, cots or mats were not placed at least 18" apart or separated by partitions when in use. In space one and two children were laying down cots. That cots were placed less than 18" apart and was measuring at 13 inches.

Enhanced staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met.Two children were walked over from the second facility. One of the child that wear present were only 1 years old the ratio is 1:6. When I arrived the ratio was 1:7.

Center did not maintain a record of daily attendance. There were seven children present in space two, however only four children were on the attendance sheet and checked present. There were five children on the attendance sheet in space one and two were currently present in space one and the third was napping in space two.

Menus for all meals and snacks were not current or posted where easily seen by parents and cook. The menu posted had cheese nip crackers and apple juice. Children were actually served mini chocolate croissants and milk.
