Two of two fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. | Initial Comments: Unable to complete the Initial Monitor inspection on August 21, 2024. Compliance Officer 1: Laurie Mckenna Compliance Officer 2: Katie Corrow Upon arrival to the facility, it was observed by both Compliance Officers that the front windows and entrance to the facility were covered with metal barriers. Compliance Officer 1 contacted the facility's Designated Person and Owner by phone from the facility parking lot. The Owner reported that they had not yet been able to open the facility due to a delay of the approval of a DES contract. An email notifying Compliance Officer 1 that the facility would be temporarily closed until further notice, was sent on August 22, 2024. | |||
