I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is the second time my son has attended on a scholarship. The staff I thought was all about caring for the kids. They even gave me good advice for issue that they are aware of. The first time I took my son the start time was 7, this second time i was asked why did i need to take him before 730. I worked from home thankfully so i was able to accomedate their schedule. The morning ladys are great. Not sure why they arent treated like employees. If they are good enough to care for kids they are good enough to be treated as humans. I needed to take my son 20 min early for a emergency apt. So at 710 my husband asked if we can take him early, the lady assured she was ok with it. the place is listed as opening at 6am so that was great. It was a big help but if she would have said no then we would have taken my boy with us no biggie. Now when i go to pick him up the lady who is more concerned about her own kids then the other kids told me I cant be doing that. Im not sure why she cares to get involved but thats not what upset me. After being scolded for showing up 20 min early, i noticed my son had a really bad runny nose and his eye was crusted with mucus. Now the daycare knows of a medical condition with his ear not draining correcty. So mucus draining from his eye is very bothersome. I feel the first conversation should have been my sons health. Before i would get complaints about my son nose running to much, which i blew off becuase its a runny nose i didnt send him there to get mucus everywhere. To me a daycare does what the parent cant do but all i got was complaining for having to take care of him which included wiping his mose when needed or putting the kleenex within his reach so he can wipe it himself. He does know when he needs to wipe his nose. my son has seasonsl allergys just like alot of kids do. For me personally i felt my son was a inconvenience to be there so i took him out the same day. I cant imagine how little patience they must have if a runny nose bothers them. Once i seen that i literally cried trying to figure out if my son wad treated unfairly because i "broke the rules" made me sick to think that way but i never seen this side of the daycare. He attended for almost two years and I did pay a week in advance but money is nothing when it comes to my sons care. If i cant trust the people with my son then he has no business being there which is sad because he loved it there.
