Two fingerprint clearance cards were reviewed were verified as valid via the DPS website at the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: *Ensure the back of the Criminal History Affidavit is attached in the file. *Submit fire extinguisher receipt. *Ensure menu is dated. *Ensure screen time is added to the schedule. *Ensure outlets are covered in the outdoor area. *Ensure gauze rolls are added to the First Aid kit. *Ensure any residents have a resident file. | |||
