Findings: The roster was being kept up in the front office where the parents sign their children into the program. There were 12 children in Room 438 during the inspection and there was no roster available. Then Staff #2 took 7 enrolled children to eat breakfast and the remaining 5 children stayed in Room 438 with Staff #1. Neither staff member had a roster noting the children under their supervision., as required. | |||

Findings: During the inspection (before school program), several enrolled children were observed walking into Room 438 alone. Staff #1 stated the parents sign the children into the program in the front office and then the children walk themselves through the entire length of the building and around a corner to Room 438. In the after school program, the children are signed in by the staff, but when the parent(s) come and sign them out in the front office, someone uses a walkie talkie to request the child to come up to the office. The children then walk unsupervised from the back of the campus to the front of the campus (office). | |||
