Then Staff #2 took 7 enrolled children to eat breakfast and the remaining 5 children stayed in Room 438 with Staff #1. | Findings: During the inspection (before school program), several enrolled children were observed walking into Room 438 alone. Staff #1 stated the parents sign the children into the program in the front office and then the children walk themselves through the entire length of the building and around a corner to Room 438. In the after school program, the children are signed in by the staff, but when the parent(s) come and sign them out in the front office, someone uses a walkie talkie to request the child to come up to the office. The children then walk unsupervised from the back of the campus to the front of the campus (office). | |||
