Hi my name is Shanna Williams my neise and her brother went thru y'all..i have been there before to pick them up n been inside I am 17 I have my ID and was wondering if y'all were needing any full time help just looking for a job to make a little money on my own. | The operator made an effort to falsify information. Letter of Compliance received by Kaoru Eddins, Child Care Consultant and sent by Kellie Messer, owner stated as follows: partial quote of the letter stated 'the fence by the shade has been painted. The broken door knob on the back door leading to the playground has been replaced'. During today's visit, the fence by the shade structure was observed and there was rust on the fence in widespread area. The doorknob in space #5 was observed. The handle is loose and stays down. The door does not latch. The door does not close tight, and it can be pushed open. The lock on the door does not work. A new Ace Premium Wave Lever door handle for hall and closet Ms. Messer purchased was observed on the desk in the kitchen area. Per interview with Ms. Messer, she was going to install the door handle possibly this afternoon. For item 808, the letter of compliance by Ms. Messer states as follows: 'This is a violation of a requirement in 15A NCAC 18A .2832(a). The litter, animal trap, broken tricycle has been removed from the premises. The rusted animal trap was observed during today's visit located by the gate to the playground. Per Ms. Messer, she asked one of the teachers to remove the trap, but it did not happen. Ms. Messer admits that the statement on the letter of compliance was false. | |||
