My state inspector came out to do my annual inspection on 10/8/24 and I didn't notice it was missing the pediatric training in the certificate. Notified the instructor and got a copy of the roster to show that I did take the course, and she emailed me the right training on 10/11/24. No fault of my own it was the instructor checked the wrong box. |
