Findings: Provider has a creek on her property. In 1998, OCC and the Provider agreed that the Provider would install an alarm on all doors leading outside. Those alarms are to be on and active during all child care times. During this inspection, the Provider opened the back door and the alarm did not sound. During a subsequent inspection the next day, the alarm, again, did not sound when the door was opened. During the second inspection, the Provider's husband re-activated the alarm, opened the door and it sounded at the location of the door. Licensing Specialist reminded provider that the alarm must be on and active during child care hours. | |||
