Date Type Regulations Status
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.05.04B(3) Corrected
Findings: There were safety latches on the kitchen cabinets that contain hazards but they were not secured. They were unlatched. Provider latched them during the inspection. The safety latch wasn't secured on the bathroom sink cabinet and there are hazards in the cabinet. This was secured during the visit. There is a cabinet over the toilet that contains cosmetic hazards. This cabinet does not have a safety latch. Provider needs to put a safety latch on the cabinet over the toilet or move the hazards out of reach of the children.
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.05.05A Corrected
Findings: The green fence gate on the right was propped open. Specialist closed the gate while she was out there. The gate needs to be secured so that the children can't open it. The latch on the silver gate was unsecured as well. Specialist put the latch in place while outside but it needs a latch that the children will not be able to open. The fence goes to the deck but if the children crawl under the deck they could get out to the open yard which leads to the creek which is why there is a fenced play space coming directly from the house. Provider needs to put a barrier in place along the side of the deck to the corner of the house so that if children get under the deck they will reach another barrier to the open yard.
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.05.04B(2) Corrected
Findings: The barrier was not in place at the bottom of the steps leading to the next level. The provider put the gate up during the inspection.
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.05.03E(3) Corrected
Findings: Provider needs to obtain a diaper pad for changing diapers.
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.03.04A(1) Corrected
Findings: There was no emergency card for CW. Provider needs to have a completed emergency card for the child.
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.03.02A Corrected
Findings: Provider stated she didn't realize she needed all the paperwork for a drop in child as she does for a regular child so she doesn't have paperwork for CW. She needs to obtain the enrollment paperwork for him immediately.
2021-07-29 Mandatory Review 13A.15.02.01D Corrected
Findings: Provider had her registration in a folder. She needs to post it.
