Violation Observed: 51. Ensure that safe sleep practices are observed and that all infants are placed in cribs to sleep. A young infant was observed sleeping in an infant seat. At the request of the OOL inspector the infant was moved from the seat to a crib.

An additional covering shall be provided for use as a covering for each child.

Violation Observed: Ensure that all children have a sheet and covering for each cot/mat during rest time. Several children's cots were missing sheets.

Violation Observed: Several infants under the age of 12 months old were sleeping with blankets in their cribs. | 8/7/19: | A young infant was placed to sleep in a crib on top of a blanket because no crib sheet was provided by the parent. At the request of the OOL inspector the staff provided a crib sheet and removed the blanket from the crib.
