Description: Welcome to Eliada. Founded in 1903, we are a non-profit agency dedicated to our mission of helping children succeed. Located on a historic 200-acre campus in the mountains of Western North Carolina, we serve children and families through a diverse spectrum of programs and services, including residential care, child development services, foster care, community support services, therapeutic recreation, and many others.

Main Building space 2 and 5 over the counter medications were stored unlocked. The administrator corrected during the building.

Parent's medication authorization did not include required information. Lion’s Building Space #1 child JR Water Babies sunscreen did not have the parents signature and date. Child AR Nystatin did not contain the dosage amount on the permission form. In space #4 child JC Triple Paste did not have the beginning and end date on the permission to administer medication form.
