A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. On November 23, 2022, a staff member placed a ten-month-old child on the food prep counter within reach of a bottle warmer. The child grabbed the bottle warmer, which turned over and spilled hot water on the child. The child sustained serious burns to both legs, one foot, and the abdomen which required medical treatment. |

This is not a place you want to send your child they do not have any curriculum or development skills for your child their baby sitters that's all
This place was horrendous. My children would come home dirty, as if there was NO playground supervision. Some of the teachers are lazy, would never engage the children and I would describe the classrooms as a "free-for-all" at best. My child had multiple accidents that could have easily been avoided with some minor, adult intervention. One of the teachers actually threw toys at one of the children! Please do not waste your time or money with this corporation. I regret that I ever did.
I would like to say thank you to all the staff at the childcare network off of sardis road in asheville. I enrolled my child in 2009 and my child has grown greatly. Dont get me wrong their are a few things that i was concerned about, however the staff and directors are professional and willing to make the positive corrections to maintain a successful atmosphere.
