About the Provider
The Early Learning Centers goal is to provide an early foundation based on respect and kindness. We do this by creating an intentional environment that is anti-biased and rich in learning opportunities. Each child is challenged to achieve their full potential through engaging learning experiences designed to stimulate a positive attitude toward education. A wealth of evidence supports our belief that children learn best through play. Each day takes into account the space and time children need to freely engage in playing creatively with a variety of materials offered to stimulate all of their senses. In this way children are able to do the important work of testing and acting upon their surroundings to make sense of the world. Our play-based and emergent approach is centered on the individual needs of each and every child in our care, and it supports the development of social and emotional skills, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, physical development, self-expression and individual choice.
