Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 4/29/2026 and are subject to change pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility representative at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 9 of 9 Fingerprint Clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: -Staff are to have 24 annual training hours logged in file. -Criminal History Affidavit forms are double sided. -Staff files should include qualifying documentation of child care experience. -Staff files should have 10 day New staff training sheet completed. -Updated Emergency, Information, and Immunization Record form for enrolled children.
