The following was discussed, but is not limited to: *Ensure personal products are labeled with the child's first and last name, *Ensure background check results are located in staff files, *Ensure staff are documenting their times of arrival and departure from the facility each day, and *Ensure stock medications are not located in the facility's first aid kit. There were 6 staff files reviewed. 6 of the 6 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website.
