Circle of Care Early Learners is a licensed Quality Child Care Center. We provide a SAFE environment and age appropriate activities for Preschool children ages 2-5. At Circle of Care Early Learners we offer: MSDE Certified Teachers along with CPR, First Aid and Medication Certifications/FBI and Criminal Background Checks Center Base Curriculum Learning (S.T.E.A.M, Healthy Beginnings and Pre-K) Electronic Invoices/Credit Card Payments Surveillance Cameras Indoor/Outdoor Fenced in Playground/Backyard Breakfast & Snacks Provided Transportation to and from Local Schools/Field Trips We are opened all year around, besides major holidays. We are located near the YMCA in Elkton of Cecil County. With convenient access to route 40 and I-95. We are within 10-15 miles of Aberdeen, Havre de Grace, North East, Perryville, Port Deposit and Newark/Bear, DE.

My 4 year old loves coming to center of care early learning center everyday. His favorite part is the playground out back. They have an app they use so you can keep track of them all day and even includes pictures which i love. The staff is friendly and great when it comes to meeting kids needs. The prices are reasonable. I would defiantly recommend.
