About the Provider

Description:

Welcome to Destiny Calling Child Care (DCCC)! DCCC is a registered home child care. Preparing little hearts, minds, and lives for a great start in education. The Staff of DCCC brings a combined total of more than 20 years of service to the child development community. We are skilled at providing a nurturing, education-rich environment for young children. We offer a loving and safe family-oriented environment that supports each child's (Little Scholar's) social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. DCCC provides a high-quality learning-rich environment. We implement developmentally appropriate strategies that are designed to stimulate each little scholar's growth. Each DCCC little Scholar is encouraged to explore the world around them through free play and educational inquiry activities. Learning through play is the heart of our curriculum. Daily lesson plans are created through structured themes specially designed for each DCCC Little Scholar. Children learn by being engaged and playing. Ready to take on anything and everything! We encourage our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to explore their environment, which creates a sense of independence and confidence. We work with each Little Scholar at their own pace while providing constant encouragement, inspiration, and a safe and loving space. We provide nurturing guidance as each scholar develops personal and social skills, language, cognitive and physical skills, and master emerging developmental milestones. At DCCC, we continuously develop personal and social skills, language, cognitive and physical skills, and master our little scholar's emerging developmental milestones. We look forward to working with each parent to create positive building blocks for growth. Preschoolers – 3 years old – 5 years old Preparation time! Not only do our Preschoolers develop skills vital to success in Kindergarten. We encourage our Preschoolers to use their creativity, imagination, and sense of exploration to build language and literacy skills. At DCCC, we help our little scholars develop critical thinking skills, and build their self-confidence. We foster an environment of self-respect and respect for others. Working with each Little Scholar at their own pace with encouragement and inspiration is essential to DCCC's overall mission of educating the whole person and promoting a Spirit of Excellence (SoE).
