Findings: When the Licensing Specialist arrived, the children were in the school library due to a staff meeting taking place in the cafeteria. Other than bathroom breaks and outdoor play, the children stayed in the library for the remainder of the day. The library is not an approved area and is not listed on the school's license as an alternative space. If you plan to use an area of the school which does not include the cafeteria and gymnasium please forward a 'Changes in Child Care Facilities' form indicating the request.
