Findings: When the Site Director was asked where the family contracts were she said she was in the process of printing them and putting them in the children's files. Please make sure the family contracts are put in the children's files as soon as possible. Additionally, the Licensing Specialist observed that out 4 out of the 17 files were missing evidence that that the child's parent had seen the Consumer Pamphlet. Please make sure that every child's parent provides evidence of seeing the Consumer Pamphlet via their signature and the date. Please inform the Office of Child Care once these tasks have been completed.
