Findings: Anonymous email with photos attached received by OCC. Complainant concerned activities shown in photos from one of the center's private social media groups are a 'health concern during this pandemic'. Photos show children (seemingly in the school age room) and one staff member not wearing face coverings while participating in a donut eating activity where children are standing in front of one another holding donuts on a string and feeding them to other children. The children are not socially distanced. LS shared photos with CCHD doctor, who responded "please let the daycare know that if they are going to be doing activities where children are in close proximity to one another indoors they MUST wear a mask at all times if they are 5 years of age or older. The mask should cover both noses and mouths. The donut eating is not a good activity for young children to do during this pandemic.". Based on MDH and MSDE recommendations LS agrees. Agent/Owner stated she understands the concern and will make sure the staff are no longer offering these types of activities. Agent/Owner stated all staff, school age children and some younger children are wearing masks on a regular basis. | |||

Greedy. Increased tuition and open less hour a day (2 hours). Feel they are taking advantage of people as they know parents right now don't have options and or choices due to the pandemic.
