Staff and drivers are VERY unprofessional and unsafe! I observed a driver (License # PMT-5562) picking up from Bryan Road Elementary and observed to be very irate, agitated, and disgruntled. While in the (special pick up) carpool lane, the driver drove through the carpool lane very aggressively, disregarding the safety of the children and parents. I called the office and asked for a supervisor/director and was met with instant confrontation and anger (as it seems the driver and director have a close relationship). The director/owner refused to provider her name and screamed on the phone the entire time. She refused to acknowledge the incident or even hear the complaint. I would NEVER trust staff with these characteristics with any child!!!
My son was at this daycare for 2 years until we had to move out of the area because of work. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. They were always very friendly and my son learned so much while at Aversboro Rd. He is in kindergarten now and oftentimes still tells me how much he misses his pre-k teacher. I would recommend.
I have had a great experience so far! My son has been in there care since he was 2 years old and now he is four in there pre-K class. My son loves his teacher and can’t wait to go to school each morning. Nothing but good things to say about director and staff.
They do not get fed a good breakfast at all it’s poptarts, donuts, Cheerios and other sugary stuff. They are always understaffed and the children always get put into different rooms. The director always tells different stories on what happens to your child and no accident reports get filed! Also there is always one person in the room that is not trained to be in the room.
I would not recommend this center to any parent!! The staff is poorly trained and they do not have enough staff to properly watch the kids. My son was in this center for about 9 months. He went through 3 poorly trained teachers. Within the first couple of months my son supposedly ran and tripped on a toy and hit his head on a book shelf. I did not receive a call AT ALL!!! When I arrived the teacher gave me that story when I spoke to the director she gave me a totally different story and was clearly unaware. I assumed she was unaware but I learned later that she was just not an honest person. Another incident he came home with a knot on his forehead I was called about 15 minutes before I picked him up and advised he was hit on the head with a block by another kid. This knot stayed on my kids head for over a week. It didn't help that before it went away it was swollen up again mysteriously while in there care. I received a call from the director again about 15 minutes before I was scheduled to pick him up. She was concerned about his eyes being red and said she sure it's from his allergies but she just wanted to let me know. I picked him up focused on his eyes and in a rush to get to my older sons soccer game. I arrived at the game and as I was taking him out the car I noticed the original knot had been hit again and it was even larger than before. I called the center several times with no answer, it was after hours but the calls were usually forwarded. I searched my phone bill to call the teacher. I searched my bill because she called me previously when the electricity went out at the center. I spoke with her she insisted she wasn't sure what happened. She sounded coached on what to do. These people are NOT trustworthy. Please do not take your kids here especially if they are not able to talk and inform you on what's going on. My child was always angry and cranky after being picked up he is now a much happier child now that he is no longer going to this center. Also don't expect your child to have a balanced breakfast I found out shortly after leaving the center the kids are only fed cheerios. If you do not work for the state or school system be prepared to pay for additional childcare because there scheduled closing are very similar to the states. Yes they still get payed!!! My son kept a constant runny nose and has not been sick since he left. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!
I posted this review on google, in the response the center called Included my 2 year old child's name. I think that speaks volumes about how much they actually care about a kids well being.
