Not surprised on the actions taken, however disappointed in the end result. Teacher has lack of compassion & used her downtime to post pictures on Social Media. She also slept while the babies slept. The owner is a difficult person to talk to. She doesn't care to discuss concerns or complaints with parents. They avoid important situations & rather not deal with them. People use that daycare out of convenience & try to give the staff & company the benefit of the doubt. Not a daycare I'd recommend at all, especially after my grandson was neglected by the teacher & the owner & her daughter wanted nothing to do with resolving the matter.
