I could not say enough good things about this daycare. My 2yr old attended this location in 2010 up until 5yrs old. She loved Mrs. Alvina. In 2015, I had another child and he attended starting at 5 months. He also was treated as family. He learned so much there over the 3 years that he was prepared to start Kinder a year early. The staff has always been amazing. I would stop in at different times and never saw any of the kids mistreated. If I was to have another child, they would attend here as well.
My daughter got hired, they put her in a room with children with zero training on procedures, they kept the two year old class out in the sun too long on the play ground, when they brought them in, the kids started taking their shoes off and the director pulled the fire drill, and expected all the children to go out AGAIN. Bare feet children were crying, the director said oh well... They should not have taken their shoes off. The director kept telling my daughter to put her own child down, there was no way she would put her own child down in that environment. She quit and left in three hours shaking and near tears, she felt sorry for all those kids. Parents should come early or unannounced to see what really goes on. . I told her she should have reported it. Things might be better now that was last summer.
