Nicki and Dave are the owners of this daycare and are husband and wife. The daycare is a small home and as a parent, you are not allowed past the kitchen door when picking up or dropping off your child. The owners lack professionality - I have seen Nicki make a parent cry before by yelling at them, and have been scolded for picking my child up on time because they wanted to leave early to go camping. As a general statement, Nicki can not control her emotions and will have emotional outbursts or be angry toward parents and children. They have closed the daycare on short notice (less than a days advance) for miscellaneous or unannounced reasons on more than one occasion. My son - who was 2 at the time - told me that both Nicki and Dave would spank him if he cried. Additionally, he said that if Nicki "counts to three" and she gets to the number three, he would be "hit hard on his butt". I have connected with other parents whose children attended this daycare in the past, and saw an email chain of a parent who left their honest (but negative) review on their Facebook page, and Dave offered that parent $300 to take the review down. Their is another parent I connected with whose child wasn't allowed to attend daycare on short notice because Nicki and Dave enrolled above their legal capacity of children. I also connected with a parent whose 17 month old was "kicked out" of their daycare for being a "bully". I highly suggest NOT sending your children to this daycare.
