I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Worse experience in this day care !

I have 2 5 month old twins That’s started in the daycare 2 months ago. As a first time mom it was really scary to leave my children with someone who is a total stranger as for them as for me , but that is sometimes thats your only option when you have to work to provide. My boys started with the day care about 2 months ago. I started seeing things i disliked and when bringing it up it would always come up with an excuse of why it happen , I let it go hoping things would change or atleast get better, but it was just one thing after another. Where i have conversations or pictures of what was happening, try to talk it with family members to make sure maybe it was just me,or being a first time mother never thinking this is what you expect in daycares ,it something ussual to happen in day cares,
Experiencing text messages from “very fuzzy have been crying for about 25-30 min”not really what a mom wants to hear and just keep working like nothing so i would have to get out of work and get them, my babys stomach’s were sensitive and babys drink out a bottle that has a tube to prevent gas and gives slower flow. And on occasions the tube was not put in the bottle excuse was for some reason they were not sanitize , I talked to them about it since they are sensitive to their stomach , as well propping the bottles on the babies Were i have pick them up all wet and as a daycare they should know that leaving a bottle in the babies mouth with out supervision is a choking hazard specially they weren’t still not holding bottles by themselves and being their age, them having random scratches constantly or at one point one baby had a bumb under his eye where the excuse was maybe brother had done that to him or dont know what happened being 3,4 months old. During the week I walked in and one of the babys was facing down the crib unsupervised and told Grace if she could not put the baby like that as he was not facing side ways her answer was he just flipped and he would flipp over the baby is just 5 months and is still learning how to roll over .Today was when i knew i was not wrong all this time after seeing how unprofessional, unethical, lack of empathy by the person that i have decided to trust my 2 babys with Grace the caregiver. Today I got a a message to pick One of the twins was coughing when I got there I notice that One of the babies had a bid scratch under his eyes to his cheek. As I was speaking to the office clerks explaining the situation to see if i could see the cameras because it’s been happening to often the office clerks were understanding and seemed that they were understanding or atleast showing empathy of the situation ,but the caregiver Grace that takes care of them Came out Holding an infant in her hands pretty upset and raising her voice with the a really unprofessional attitude excusing all her lack of responsibility, poor actions with the excuse that she has been working for 5 years and she know what she was doing and speaking over my self or anyone there arguing non sense, To the point were i decided to tell them i will not bring them back and would need their stuff and her only answer is “Ok bye”.
