Infants were sleeping in cribs located behind a tall cabinet, cribs were lined up in front of each other, and all classroom staff were on located on the other side of the room. Staff in room 3/4, were not able to provide direct supervision to children sleeping due to a lack of visibility. - The children shall be supervised directly by a staff member at all times, including during outdoor activities, rest and sleep, and walking through hallways.
