I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I didn't have high expectations for this new daycare center-Liberty childcare, all I wanted was to find a place where my daughter can play and get used to school. After a few weeks of attending to this school, we have a conflict about teaching "independence" and I had an argument with one of their teachers.
We are normally the last ones at drop off, and my daughter is on the "shy" side, some days she joins the class herself in a good mood and some days she cries and get scared.
I'm not asking for the teacher's full attention and I'm never a difficult parent.
I've mentioned to the owner about my daughter being shy at drop off and might need more guidance in the mornings such as take her hand and calm her down. She said we want to encourage her to be independent. I agree, but leaving a child standing there feeling alone and scared in the middle of the classroom is NOT THE WAY TO TEACH INDEPENDENCE. They dont know how to cope with the fear on their own.

Some kids blend in quickly and some don't, this is when teachers should come in with guidance to make them feel safe and welcomed to class and TEACH/SHOW them how to BE Independent. They will not and should not learn "independence " under fear and such pressure. This was our conflict, they think I overreacted when I was upset this morning.

Nothing changed after talking to the owner, my daughter still stands next to me crying, many times, with the rest of the class doing their own thing, WE WERE IGNORED AS USUAL, only myself comforting her.

FINALLY I LOST IT this morning, seeing how scared and leftout she was and us being ignored. I raised my voiced and said to the 3 teachers inside, can any one of you take her in?? No bad words and I didn't scream on top of my lungs. This teacher Kristen told me,I'm inappropriate and get out! Let me ask you what is inappropriate? Getting help for my daughter because shes having a hard time and no one comes to help or you telling me to get out??
Later she refuses to talk to me about being "inappropriate", but she tells me I cannot demand her to do things I'm not her boss( her own words). Then shut the door on me. She was ready to argue if you mess with her.

The owners do have good concepts and intentions, but they don't know how to teach it. I suggest them to do more studies on Child Education or lower their price(not worth it).
