Room 403 school-age class: There were sharp edges on coat rack hooks at children ' s level. Room 701 preschool class: A computer mouse cord was dangling down from the desk and in front of bins with materials for children ' s use. Computer cords from the Smart Board were loose across the floor, along the wall, to the outlet on the wall; they were a tripping hazard as enrolled children interact on the smart board and have direct access during class time.

Room 403 school-age class: There was an accessible container of carpet odor remover, a one gallon can and a one quart can of paint in a low cabinet under the classroom ' s sink. An accessible spray bottle of cleaning solution was in the classroom.
