| Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the time of the Initial Inspection conducted on 7/29/2026. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided during the inspection. 4 of 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified as valid via the DPS website during the inspection.
