This center is so unprofessional. Cps is always there. 3 teachers have physically abused my children twice in front of me and whenever I've brought it to the director she just lies about it. I will be contacting cps again to review the entire center. The director and her husband have horrible mouths and curses all the time around the kids and even the parents. When I confronted the staff about handling my baby roughly they laughed. Which made me upset then the director just goes in and on about how I'm mentally deranged because I'm upset and her husband walked up on my car and I told him not to. I wouldn't even give this center 1 star. Nor the center on Sanchez which is this directors husband sister center. Ray ray is the name of the staff that my baby said hit her. And her continue to say it when I ask him what did she do hoping he wouldn't say it but my baby is almost 3 he have alot of sense and wouldn't lie. Saleen the director is an impulsive liar just to save her face and that center but cps wouldn't be out there if it wasn't real problems. All the staff there are related they were all hanging up on me including saleen husband because they're 20 year old niece was unprofessional when I brought my concerns to her. I doubt they even have cpr first aid or at the least their dcf hours. My baby haven't learned nothing since he's been to either center. Their in it for the money not the well being of children. It needs to be shut down. Very disappointed that dcf even allow people like this to have centers.
AMAZINGLY clean,organized and a warm, nurturing facility& staff who truly care about the kids well-being and safety. As a new client, the owner & staff have been incredibly communicative re: my baby and feel confident that when he’s there he’s in the best quality of care so my husband and I have peace of mind while away.
