I have been with these daycare provider since she had my oldest child in her care best daycare and provider ever we are more like family she has had all three of my children i recommend her to everybody i know looking for child care for there children lil tots rock Thanks for all the care you gave my children :)
Every daycare center has it’s positives and negatives. Lil Tots Learning Center is very clean and always smelling good. However, From my experience the owner, Latosha Haywood, is very unprofessional and very fake when it comes to your child. It is my son’s 1st time in daycare at 10 months. On November 16th he came to Lil Tots from my grandmother’s house where he has been since he was 4 months. My son was enrolled in Lil Tots center for 4 weeks. The 1st week and 2 days of the following week went well. On November 30th coming back from a 5 days weekend. Latosha called me and said my son was screaming. She told me that both herself and her staff couldn’t get him to calm down. When I went to pick up my child Latosha made the statement “he gave me and my staff a headache and to be on stand by the next day if he needed to be picked up”. This to me is a red flag that she cannot handle kids and she has zero tolerance for crying. Long story short I kept my son home for a week to try and work with him on not being held and timing to see how long he would cry before calming down. On 12/7/20 I dropped him off and they said he had a better day and no one called or texted me. The next day 12/8/2020 I dropped my son off at 7:06 am. At 8:04 Latosha called me saying she couldn’t take him crying and he needed to be picked up. So I explained to her that I was just getting to work and asked if she should give me till 9am. I called her at 8:17. Latosha stated he was still crying (which I heard him in the background) and needed to be picked up. Again the center is clean and kept up well but if your child cries and require extra attention this is not the place to send them.
