Unfortunately many of the negative comments are true. Head lice has been reported several times. Children are dropped off and picked up from the lobby and you never do get to see the classroom or play area. The staff which include the two sisters are abrupt with answers and often times too busy to speak with. Many times they are carrying on personal conversations. However I will say it is a clean facility but not very warm and friendly

I have two children 2.5 and 7 months in TLC on Platt! I cannot say enough about this center! The staff is wonderful! They care for my children like they are one of there own! I went from a private sitter for my little girl to entering the daycare world. They made my transition so easy. They call me anytime there is concern and communicate effectively. My little girl comes home each day with something new she learned and really has grown so much since being here. I would highly recommend this center.

I have had three of my children attend TLC, one at the Platt location and two at the Market St location. My husband and I am extremely happy with the loving care that they have received! The directors at both locations go above and beyond! They are always looking out for the children welfare. Both facilities are clean,inviting,and the education is second to none!

I was exited when my child began attending. Unfortunately the lack of patience, understanding, communication, and unprofessionalism quickly began to surface. Poor staffing. Person that runs the day care on Market has poor personality and social skills herself. I'm very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and ability to apply individual transitioning plans of action. Very negative environment. My child no longer attends there but I found a better more capable and educated daycare that knows what their doing. Definitely the state needs to reevaluate this center. Headlice was even reported in 2 children. No proper notification was sent out to all parents. I learned this by word of mouth. Also, it is strange how you as a parent are unable to directly go to the classroom to get your child. Even drop off is done at the lobby. Unfortunately, it's difficult to really see what is going on. I warn all parents. This is really not a place for a child that is a bit energetic. They want kids to nap for 2 hrs. If they don't it's such an issue. Poor staffing and poor management. Please think twice before putting your child here. Preferably look in other places like Fair Lawn or other well rated and experienced places. You don't want your child neglected or not liked. Children know when they aren't wanted.

This so called child care center should be analyzed by officials. In all honesty, this business does not care for children as they brazenly claim. They are rude to parents and potential clients. They are very short tempered, too. I have removed my child from here because he was being ignored by the caretaker.

Our son attended TLC for 4 years.  They are absolutely wonderful, caring people with a great system for caring for your kids.  I would have let him attend grammar school there if he could have!!  Very nice, warm, caring staff, lots of personal attention from the owner, Clean facility, constantly being updated with new equipment.  You are welcome to email me if you have questions.  They were awesome!!
