I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If you rely on childcare for work this is not the place to send your child. Their discipline program consists of sending children home instead of working on behavior plans for ongoing problems. If you cannot pick your child up within 15 minutes, they threaten to kick you out of the program. The teachers do not introduce themselves to parents and often my child is moved into a new class without me being informed. I'm often unaware who their teacher is from month to month. It appears to be a relatively safe place for daycare, but the director and teachers do not appear to be interested in feedback from parents about their children's needs. They are rigid and unfriendly when there are issues, and the teachers do not appear to be well trained in handling child behavior. Some of the teachers seem nice but my observation is that they may not get a lot of support from administration. If there are other options available to you and you are a working parent, it is likely well worth your while to look elsewhere.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Small depressing dingy classrooms, overwhelmed and burned out teachers that while they are nice need help and aren’t getting it. Terrible director who is combative and sexist towards men and definitely does not want to help your child. My son constantly also complained that the bathrooms were dirty he wouldn’t even go there he would hold it until he got home.

I have been recently involved in a renovation project at Little Lambs which
increases class room sizes and while there I've had a chance to interact with the staff. I'm a father of two adult daughters and I remember how hard it was to find adequate day care providers for them. I would highly recommend Little Lambs to anyone in need of day care. The staff is great! They're very patient with the children and take great care in insuring that all children are properly supervised and cared for. Keep up the great work!!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

We have been using Little Lambs since our daughter was 3, she is now 12 and our son is involved with their summer program. They are amazing. I trust them with my children completely and I would be considered a Momzilla for sure. Everyone becomes part of their family and they are very professional. The activities done each day with the children is amazing. I would recommend little lambs 100 times over.

Unsafe children supervision. Often exceed max child per teacher ratio. Watch out for random rules not written in policy handbook.

I know a lot about this center from over many years of professional engagement with them. They may have 4 stars from the state... But any center can do that through paperwork and having a visit on a "good day." The director and assistant director are very unprofessional. Children are yelled at and threatened by some of the staff there and repeatedly by Sandy (assistant director.) The rooms are painfully small which causes stress on the children. The staff are very stressed with having the maximum state ratio in their tiny rooms at almost all times. This format does not allow children to have good early childhood experience for their infant, toddler and pre-k years. Please use caution if considering Little Lambs!
