I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If I could rate this -0 stars I would!!! I don’t even know where to begin. The staff claims they’re “professional” ???????? what a sad joke! They’re the most unprofessional “business” I ever encountered! Only a few employees I can say are friendly and welcoming. The rest just come to work high all the time! Come and go as they please, the owner is like NEVER AROUND WHEN NEEDED!!!!! Rudest of them all!!!
????????????????Okay well I’m gonna go before this gets too ugly! I think you get the point.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter is 13 months and has been in the infant room since she was 4 months old. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They offer high quality care and are very clean. They are all organic, making their own baby food and very clean. They do baby yoga, and I have received a report everyday about how many diapers she has been threw, how many bottles, and what kinds of food she has eaten. I love all of the homemade projects and painting they do with her. They do several activity geared toward fine motor skills and developmental activities. They are a great place to send your child, I highly recommend them.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

disappointed that when I was touring the place I was told my daughter would be in a different class level due to her high IQ and was not when I showed up for her first week of day care. She was potty trained and it took over a month for them to attempt to potty train her because she did not wear diapers while potty training at home. Other than that I liked that they went outside to place but I did not think the supervision was tight knit and I rarely got daily progress reports until I mentioned it three times, something else that I was introduced to during touring. They also said they would have sprinkler time outside and to bring a bathing suit. My daughter never mentioned any out door water time and did come home with long pants during ninety degree days after having extra clothes in her bag. Also her sunscreen was misplaced more than once after bringing in two tubes.
