This, Muriel Bowser, facility is an absolute danger to your kids. DANGEROUS AND EXTREMELY UNSANITIZED.. It's hazardous and CHILD-NECLIGENT. The staff here, which all are incompetent, will project a false image. Upon your initial visit, the appearance is everything you'd expect from a so-called accredited institution. They APPEAR to be clean, but actually it's GERM DEN full of UNEDUCATED individuals. The staff have a low level of incompetency that more than likely will have any given parent over-compromising on behalf of the staff's unprofessionalism, incompetency, and overall lack there of...
The Supervisor, Ms.Parker, is a total waste of space... She just sits in there allowing her staff to exude such level of incompetency and unprofessionalism... I was even threatened by an employee there because I mistakenly addressed her as "secretary."
To conclude this, I've had to go such heights as to calling 911 on this facility due to the RATCHETNESS, GHETTO employees there..
They hire interns who just come to the place to browse social media rather than focusing on being a child-carer. The staff often looks lethargic, ghetto, and childlike themselves...
Therefore, I advise any SOUND parent to not WASTE YOUR TIME dealing with this facility...
Every child in there is sick, runny noses, babies on the floor crying being disregarded until the baby stops crying on its own.
THIS WHOLE FACILITY IS FRAUDULENT. EMPLOYEES ARE BEING GIVEN A GREEN LIGHT TO PUT THE BURDEN OF IT'S OWN INCOMPETENCY ON THE PARENTS...
MY CHILD WAS NEVER SICK LIKE HE IS NOW. EVER SINCE HE'S BEEN THERE, TWO MONTHS ALREADY, HE'S BEEN SICK EVER SINCE.
And, I'm the one who has to suffer along with my child due to the facilities messiness and unsanitary areas and floors. I'm now up at foreign hours of the night when I should be sleep because I'm constantly administering my child's RUNNY NOSE, SWOLLEN EYES RUNNING WITH MUCUS, AND SCRATCHES THAT COME FROM OTHER KIDS.
I Highly recommend PARENTS to look elsewhere. I'm witness to my review. I've removed my kids AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS OF THEM BEING THERE...
MS PARKER IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL SUPERVISORS I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.. I advise you to leave this place alone.
