I was an employee and can tell you that the director and her so called staff, Bonnie, Stacy, and Pam were the most brutal and rude people on this planet. We were forced to lie to parents on tour. We were forced to lie to licensing. 15 of us walked out in a matter of a month. Kids are abused and not cared for
I worked there for over 4 years and have quit. The Director lies, is dishonest, and treats staff very disrespectfully. The turnover rate is horrendous. Director lies to parents, and forces staff to be dishonest with them. You have no idea what REALLY goes on with your child in there. It is a horrible place to work!!!
My Niece had her two children in this Day Care and she was very happy.(Kellie)

| Findings: Discussed regulation. It was stated by the caller that a teacher withheld a cupcake from her daughter since she was not behaving. Both teachers and director confirmed that two children did not receive a birthday cupcake because they were running around and not listening during the early part of the day. Instead both children received the center's snack which was saltine crackers with cheese. The children refused this snack and threw it to the floor. The center will create a policy on how to deal with unwanted behavior that does not involve food as a punishment. This policy will be sent to the licensing specialist.
