I am an employee

This particular location has issues with communication and professionalism, stemming straight from administration. The administration is not strong. They don’t offer orientation, trainings or any type of professional instruction to help employees manage a classroom or improve their teaching strategies. It’s sink or swim here. It’s competitive, drama filled environment.
