Let me start off with I've used Kids Klub services since 2000. Today was the worst experience ever. I remind you this is a service. I really need for my daughter and will never neglect paying! I'm not on welfare and have been using this service for decades. The Laveen office at Paseo point elementary needs to work at customer service. So the I get there and I was being told by Annette Acosta the my daughter can't attend due to past due amount! Ok remind you I already told them will pay bill Friday once we get our paycheck. In front of everyone parents my child sorry she can't come today without pay I had pay them Friday. But they wanted the right now!!! We paid but this left my 5 year old daughter historical and cry. No warning thank God it was my day off!! This is awful service but because Stephanie Moreno told them to turn my daughter away. I was soo upset that my daughter was crying. It really was sad! I work everyday and explained that this bill is wrong! Stephanie never explained or understood this issue. But to be turned away when you never missed a week paying. Stephanie Moreno stereotyped the wrong family. I will tell everyone about my story!
