The following items were discussed, but not limited to: **Staff are required to have a Fingerprint Clearance card before their date of employment **Criminal History Affidavits require the 2nd page attached to the signed document (offenses list) **TB screening form is completed on or before the date of employment **Toilet paper in restroom is mounted
