| Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the time of the Initial Inspection conducted on 8/7/26, subject to change pending programmatic review. 12 of 12 fingerprint clearance cards reviewed were valid through a DPS website search. The following was discussed, but not limited to: **Gym Boys and Girls restrooms had a hanging cord from the ceiling, the right handwashing sinks in both restrooms had low water pressure. **Rooms A110 and A112 diapering area needs to be accessible. The following items need to be maintained in the diapering area: Cleaning and sanitizing solutions and soiled clothing bins. **Food menus need to have specifics. **Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes must be inaccessible to children. **Only Building A (Preschool) was approved during this inspection, Buildings B (Gym) and C (Cafeteria) are pending an approved Certificate of Occupancy. | |||
