A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. 4 of 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following items were discussed, but not limited to: 1. Enrolled children's medications. 2. Soiled diaper and soiled clothing bin requirements. 3. Fire extinguisher access. 4. Designated exits to remain unblocked. 5. Add the courtyard to outdoor licensed space.
